10 Tips to Not Destroy Your Bags in Storage
I've heard too many horror stories about handbags being ruined simply because they are not stored properly. Here are 10 tips to help you keep your investments in pristine condition.
  1. Store in a dark room
  2. Store in a climate controlled room
  3. Do not store in boxes whether paper or plastic. Bags need to breathe.
  4. Use an air purifier to clean and circulate the air. I use the Okaysou Airmax8L.
  5. Store bags in dustbags...or don't! If your storage room is dark and clean it doesn't matter.
  6. Store bags on a flat surface. Be sure the entire base of the bag is on the surface.
  7. You can use S hooks to hang some bags if you need to save space or if hanging them would help keep their structure better.
  8. You can store smaller items in trays or open boxes to help keep them organized and upright.
  9. Stuff your bags to help them maintain their shape. Some options to use include organizers, bubble wrap, tissue paper, old clean clothes.
  10. Store the handles upright on some bags such as vachetta and patent leather to prevent discoloration and sticking.

My Entire Luxury Collection (minus Louis Vuitton)
Every January I share with you my entire updated Luxury collection. Last week I shared my Louis Vuitton collection and this week I share everything else: Tiffany & Co, Ferragamo, Dior, Gucci, Chanel, and Hermes. At the request of a few subscribers I have also included my Coach collection even though they are not considered luxury but more of a contemporary brand. Please let me know in the comments below or via the Contact form if you want to see videos on any specific items from my collection: reviews, wear & tear, comparisons, what fits, etc. Also note that most of my collection is preloved so if you're looking for these or any other luxury items please check my favorite resellers Fashionphile, The RealReal, and Rebag.
